Helping young adults learn the skills that they need.

Our mission is to better lives through educating the younger generations in how to prepare for an independent future, modern life, one video at a time.

Our Idea

The idea of HELPR came originally from the thought that we are all going to be adults soon, and that all of us in the class really had no idea what we were going to experience, which gave us the idea to make something for people like us, to teach us how to learn the basics of life.

Legal Structure

Legally, HELPR is a B-Corp, granting us all the benefits of a C-Corp with an additional pledge to corporate responsibility. The reason why we chose a B-Corp specifically, was because of these additional benefits. The benefit of a B-Corp for our business specifically is that we are held to a sustainable standard which aligns with our company goals of being socially responsible and maintaining a net positive impact on the world. All of this combined, makes a

B-Corp the right choice for

us.

Company Structure

HELPR is organized under a tiered structure. The two chief officers are the heads of the company, overseeing the VPs and their departments. The CEO handles external departments such as Marketing, Communications, and Sales. The COO handles internal departments including HR, Finance, Art & Design, and Digital Media. This structure promotes accountability as everyone must report to someone else. This system is especially effective for our small team as it simplifies interdepartmental communication.
